Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide opportunities to develop leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills while shaping behaviors essential to INPO's mission. Our ERGs include the Diversity & Inclusion Council, Women in Nuclear, CAST (Community Action Service Team), North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN), and the INPO mentoring program. From day one, we empower you to learn, grow, and be recognized through our onboarding experience, mentoring programs, collaborative performance management, and diverse learning opportunities. Additionally, INPO believes in giving back to the communities where we live and work through various charity events and volunteer initiatives.
