We are seeking a mix of talented professionals – ranging from those just beginning their professional careers to those with significant experience at commercial nuclear power plants.

Qualifications

Candidates for professional level nuclear positions at INPO should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (or equivalent nuclear plant experience)
• A desire to grow professionally within the nuclear power industry
• Knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and accreditation processes
• Significant commercial nuclear power plant experience
• Manager or supervisor level experience
• Instructor presentation and facilitation skills
• Certification or license as a senior reactor operator

Duties

• Manage INPO’s instructor training program for the industry
• Develop new training materials or courses for industry use
• Lead instructor for Initial Instructor training using a blended learning approach including instructor led classroom training
