Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Psychology, Health Promotion, Nutrition and Dietetics, Sports Medicine or related field
  • Three to five years’ experience in health promotion programming in corporate, educational institution, or clinical setting

Duties

  • Design, implement, organize, and provide oversight of structured, on-going health promotion programming promoting culturally relevant health and wellness programs and team building events for all INPO employees
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the health and wellness programs
  • Network with local vendors to provide their external services on-site
  • Provides health coaching to employees as needed
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality of all personnel health information
  • Develop, implement, and maintain high quality employee health programs, challenges, events, and seminars
  • Create content for all wellness related printed material, resources, and training
  • Use diverse training methodologies to enhance the student learning experience in both a classroom and physical activity setting
