Program Manager - Learning Management System (NANTeL)   



Qualifications


Education:
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelorís degree or equivalent learning management system (LMS) experience in the Nuclear Industry

Experience:
Required: 3 years of experience in operation and administration of a learning management system (LMS) with a minimum of one year experience in Cornerstone OnDemand
Preferred:

  • Nuclear industry experience working with in-processing of personnel
  • Project Planning Experience
  • Experience in a ticketing system

Duties

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the learning management system (LMS) as 2nd Tier Support
  • Identify root cause of system or technical issues and document clearly for supporting technical resources.
  • Facilitate webinars with vendors and nuclear industry administrators
  • Communicate technical information to IT group
  • Track and trend metrics for the learning management system (LMS)
  • Manage the community of practice application
  • Manage and triage reported issue in help desk ticketing system and drive issues to resolution.
  • Manage relationships with nuclear industry administrators and content developers.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation for internal and external users (i.e. job aids)
  • Train (both face-to-face and virtual) and support other department employees in the NANTeL system
  • Serve as subject matter expert on NANTeL related projects

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of a learning management system (LMS) and online community of practice
  • Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of in-processing and training personnel at nuclear utilities

Abilities

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to the learning management system (LMS)
